The BE RESET Program is a comprehensive, 6-month journey designed to empower your non-profit organization to cultivate a thriving and equitable work environment.
Your 6-Month Journey to Anti-Racism & Positive Workplace Culture
Through a combination of customized training, coaching, and leadership development, we equip your staff with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to dismantle systemic biases and build a more anti-racist and inclusive culture.
We understand that every non-profit is unique. While we recommend completing the entire BE RESET Program, we can customize it to fit your organization's specific needs and budget.
We begin by establishing a strong foundation for the program, aligning leadership and staff on DEI goals and fostering a collaborative spirit through team-building exercises.
PREPARATION MEETINGS
We conduct a pulse survey and discovery meetings to assess your organization's current DEI landscape and identify areas for growth using our proprietary Racial Health Equity Scale.
DATA - DRIVEN APPROACH
All staff participate in a self-paced online course covering the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to ensure a shared understanding of key concepts.
FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Engaging, customized training sessions for all staff to delve deeper into anti-racism practices, community care, and implementation strategies.
INTERACTIVE TRAINING SESSIONS
Separate training cohorts for executive leaders and people managers to address their unique roles in fostering a positive culture and provide them with tools for anti-racist leadership and culture building.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
We conduct a 6-month follow-up to assess progress, offer continued support, and tailor additional services to your evolving needs.
